Go-To-Market Strategy is accountable and responsible for the delivery and execution of innovative, compelling go-to-market strategies,

frameworks and best practices. Closely coordinating activities with product delivery, marketing, sales and channel marketing functions, this

position ensures the commercial readiness of new solutions or releases across global markets and delivers innovative launch plans to achieve

fast customer adoption of our solutions, and to energize sales and channel partners to do the same.



  • Market intelligence—be the expert on our buyers, who are they, how they buy and their key buying criteria.

  • Partner with Product Management to develop and align product roadmap and release schedule with launch, internal sales enablement

  • and product marketing activities.

  • Accountable for delivering compelling, go-to-market strategies and plans to support revenue growth targets, including communications,

  • segmented demand strategy and promotions, channel marketing and sales enablement activities.

  • Build product launch plans that are fully synced with business and revenue goals and ensure effective and ongoing relevance in the

  • market to drive demand generation and pipeline.

  • Oversee the rollout of product launches and go-to-market plans, coordinating across a matrix organizational structure.

  • Develop and implement a repeatable launch process based on best practices that takes into account stakeholder business objectives.

  • Ensure operational readiness by defining key milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across the organization.

  • Communicate product release dates for launches to internal stakeholders and executive team.

  • Drives the collection and distribution of market data/customer feedback/sales to validate product performance and lead the development

  • and execution of action plans when performance does not meet expectations.

  • Understand and support channel sales; develop internal tools and external collateral and provide enablement for how to use them.

  • Understand the competitive landscape—be an expert on the competition and how they are positioned.



  • 7+ years of experience in product or partner marketing for a SaaS business

  • Able to develop and deliver presentation materials, web conferences, and marketing collateral

  • Experienced conducting product win/loss interviews

  • Strong knowledge of the software development and product development lifecycles

  • Certified or experienced in the Pragmatic Marketing framework and concepts

  • Experience developing 'thought leadership', 'client advisory board', 'beta releases', and 'reference development' product programs.

  • Comfortable using collaboration and CRM tools such as Slack and Salesforce.

  • Must be a strong public speaker, comfortable in front of large, senior groups, and a solid writer.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing; MBA preferred.
